If you receive a shipment that appears damaged, do not refuse the shipment, but immediately inspect the contents and contact us to get a remake order started. We will file the necessary claim with the shipping carrier. Shipping damage is outside our control, and we can only be responsible for replacing the product on our normal production timeline with our standard shipping methods. You are responsible for any rush charges or expedited freight expense on shipping damage remakes.
Should any order arrive damaged:
- Please retain all packing materials and merchandise.
- Take a photo of the box, packing materials, and damaged merchandise.
- Submit a support ticket.

Please submit a support ticket with photos attached within 20 days of receiving your order and within 24 to 48 hours we will begin the process of filing a claim and sending a replacement order.
