All orders need to be submitted with the artwork attached.
If you've submitted an order, and for some reason the artwork/images were not submitted along with it; then customer support will reach out to obtain them.
Images must be uploaded within 60 days of order submission. If images are not uploaded within 60 days; your order will be cancelled and you will receive a credit for the sum of what you were charged. If your order is placed during a sale, or a promo code is used, and you do not submit the missing images within the 60 days the sale/promo code is no longer valid. You will be reimbursed only for the amount you paid.
This code will be valid for up to one year from the original order date, if unused in that time then no refund will be offered.
To avoid this situation, please verify your artwork is submitted with your orders, and be sure to keep an eye out for email or voicemail correspondence from customer support after submitting an order.
