What is covered:
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship with the exceptions below.
Express warranty:
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty, LOKTAH warrants to the original purchaser only ("you") that your album will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the date your book is acquired (the "Warranty Period). This express warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners of the product.
How long coverage lasts:
This warranty runs for one year from the date your book is acquired.
What is not covered:
This warranty does not cover dropping of said book, water/humidity damage, smudging, neglect, or any other defects caused by customer error. Normal wear and tear including scratches on cover from fingernails, or oil on fingers are not covered.
How do I make a warranty claim:
To make a warranty claim you must contact LOKTAH within your warranty period by emailing images of the damaged album to support@loktah.com with the subject line reading: ATTN ALBUM DEPARTMENT-WARRANTY COVERAGE.
If I make a warranty claim, what will LOKTAH do when it receives my images?
LOKTAH will examine the album and determine whether it is covered by this Limited Warranty. If, upon examination, LOKTAH determines that your album is covered by this Limited Warranty, LOKTAH will, within 7-10 business days (our standard turnaround time), at no additional charge, do one of the following: replace your album with a new one; or refund the purchase price you paid for your album, including shipping costs. If LOKTAH does not replace your album, LOKTAH will bear the cost of sending the replacement.
What will be the warranty period if my album is replaced:
If your album is replaced during the Warranty Period, it will be covered by this Limited Warranty for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or ninety (90) days from the date of shipment of the replaced album, whichever is longer.
